Returns and Refunds

Deadline for returning an item

The customer has a legal period of 14 clear days to exercise his right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of the goods without having to justify reasons or pay penalties.

Return costs are payable by the customer. The customer will be fully reimbursed for the sums paid (except postage) upon receipt and verification of the return of his articles without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of the date on which he exercised his right of withdrawal.

For the withdrawal period to be respected, the Customer must send us his communication relating to the exercise of his right before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

No right of withdrawal for an order via a signed quote.

Condition of items

All returned items (items, original packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) must be returned perfectly intact.

Upon receipt of the package, https://revitae.co/ will judge the perfect condition of the returned goods. No returns will be accepted if the returned items have been visibly used or damaged by the customer and such use or damage renders the items unfit for sale. If the return is refused by https://revitae.co/ , the items will then be returned to the customer at the expense of https://revitae.co/ without the customer being able to demand any compensation or right to reimbursement, at the except for the subsequent exercise of its warranty rights on the goods sold.

Refund of returns

Subject to compliance with these return conditions, https://revitae.co/ will refund the returned items within 7 days of the return to stock of the goods.
https://revitae.co/ will reimburse the Customer using the same means of reimbursement as that used for the initial transaction.
